Your barnstay and private boatshed awaits you on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula!

Great for families or a romantic getaway, our barn is set on 6 acres overlooking our boutique vineyard. Enjoy our fully self-contained space on the first (upstairs) floor of the barn with beautiful balcony views across our vineyard. Meet our horses, sheep, chooks & guineafowl! We provide some breakfast supplies. And don’t leave your furry friends behind, dogs are welcome too! Please note no cats are allowed.

Our beautiful barn accommodation at The Vines Mt Martha has country views yet is close to the shops, beaches, wineries and all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer! The Barn has a fully self contained kitchen, bathroom, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 x queen, 2 x single beds), front courtyard with BBQ facilities and a balcony with pleasant views, great for relaxing with a glass of wine! Initial breakfast supplies and a Nespresso coffee machine are available to guests.

Please also enjoy exclusive use of our boat shed located on Scout Beach with magic views of Mornington Harbour.

Guest access
Guests have complete privacy during their stay with access up driveway to the rear of the property where the barn is located.

Other things to note
Not suitable for toddlers, due to the living / sleeping area being accessed via a stairway. Our property can accommodate horses. We have a round yard available. Or if you have a boat in tow, we can offer a secure storage area.
